our classes
Spin
Our high energy classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, we use stationary exercise bikes with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Train like a boxer twice a week. Learn proper technique, skills and cross training for All levels. Fun group environment without getting hit back.
Yoga
This class includes breath control, simple meditation, Stretch and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including a lot of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, as well.
In this class we focus on exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. We do this with and without equipment.
In this class we use a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. You can expect both cardio and strength in our classes.
Kick boxing
Kick-boxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. It includes moves from multiple types of martial arts like karate, Muay Thai, and boxing and is practiced for self-defense, fitness or as a contact sport.
Our class brings a blend of Pilates and Yoga. This class is a lower-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body and enhances flexibility. Don’t be concerned if that heart rate slightly elevates as well.
High Fitness
High Fitness is a hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. This class produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
Strength & Tone
This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight which combines the components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance.
R.I.P.P.E.D
Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and core.
Circuit Training
A form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
Kyokushin Karate
Kyokushin is a style of stand-up, full contact karate. It is rooted in a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline and hard training.
Core Conditioning
This class will focus on glute and core as well. You will learn the mind body connection that helps create a stronger core overall.
Zumba
This aerobic fitness program features movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
