What We Offer

TRAINING OVERVIEW

Performance

Everyone’s goal in sports is to become better. Our training will make athletes of any sport faster, more agile, stronger, and more powerful. Age- and sport-appropriate exercises are taught for ages 8 and up.

Nutrition

If your goal is to lose weight and fat, to gain weight and muscle, or to just get healthier and improve performance - we can help guide you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.

Speed & Agility

Included with sport performance is working on acceleration and deceleration in all directions. We incorporate motor skills and speed and agility drills, making athletes faster and more efficient in changing directions.

Plyometrics

Our plyometrics program includes exercises like jumping and throwing that can be done for both the upper and lower body by using body weight or light resistance. These exercises help to improve vertical jump, speed, and power.

Functional Training & Mobility

Functional training helps athletes prepare for the activity or sport they are doing. Mobility will help with performance and the overall health of muscles and joints. The proper training we provide in these areas may also lower the risk of injury.

Conditioning

The greater endurance one has, the better their performance will be for a longer period of time. When a player or team depletes their energy, that’s when performance starts to suffer, and mistakes happen; the better conditioned players and teams will usually win at the end of the game.
