Training Overview

Sport Performance

Gives an overall training to enhance strength, speed, and power. Target ages: 8-18

Speed and Agility

Training specifically designed to improve the athletes’ movements on the field. Target ages: 10-18


Increases both upper and lower body power to improve vertical jump, speed, and power. Target ages: 12-18

Adult Training

An adult version of the Sport Performance class. Trains the whole person to be a balanced athlete with improved strength, speed, power, and flexibility.

Summer Camps

Week-long high intensity sport performance class. Gives athletes a jump-start on improving their strength, speed, agility and power.

Performance Conditioning

Training to improve general and specific conditioning for sports or goals.

Sports Nurtrition

Individual nutrition plans for optimum performance.

Personal Training

Individual or group training for any age. Workout is led by personal goals.

Pär Karlberg,

Pär Karlberg was born and raised in Sundsvall, Sweden, where he grew up playing basketball, floorball, and doing martial arts. In Sweden he coached floorball for several years before moving to the United States in 2008 to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. He graduated from Utah Valley University in 2012 and later served as an intern coach for Brigham Young University’s Strength and Conditioning Department. In 2012 he gained certifications in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), USA Weightlifting (USAW), and Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Pär pursued a Master of Sports Sciences from Florida State University, and graduated April 2016. At FSU he worked with numerous sports teams in strength and conditioning, and became a certified Sports Nutritionist (ISSN). Pär has most recently worked for former NFL linebacker Ernie Sims at his gym where he was a Sports Performance Trainer.
